So I was talking to my ex, Casey. She works for Raytheon, which is about as evil a corporate defense entity as has ever slithered it's way to billions of taxpayer's dollars. Anyways, she was talking about how one of the wire tapping operations she helped set up caught some "drug dealing criminals" with like 200 lbs of ganj. She was so proud of herself... I, of course, told her in my most blistering and sarcastic tone what a "big hero" she was for helping violate our civil rights and putting another pot head in jail.

If I ever wondered at why our relationship didn't work out, that right there is the perfect microcosm. She has no sense of right and wrong beyond her own need for money. I asked her if she'd be proud if one of her tapping ops put me away. She said that I was too small time for them to worry about.

Fucking bitches...
And fucking government. I mean, how sickeningly ironic that they'd willingly piss on the very rights that they claim so ardently to defend, provided those rights belong to citizens who disagree with them...
